7th – 13th February 2022 marks the 15^th annual weeklong celebration of National Apprenticeships Week. Bringing together businesses and apprentices across the country to celebrate the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy, National Apprenticeship Week 2022 will focus on ‘building the future’. Encouraging reflection on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

We were delighted to welcome our first apprentice to the Ensure team last year. Sophie has settled in well and is excelling in her training. She is enjoying spending time with our consultants on site, meeting our clients from many varied industries, developing her knowledge and skills further. Sophie has a great thirst to learn and we’re sure she will make an excellent Health & Safety Consultant.
