We can hardly believe that it’s a year since Sophie joined the team as Ensure’s first Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Apprentice.

She has worked hard supporting our Consultants, learning about the different aspects of health and safety whilst meeting our clients and gaining experience in the many varied industries that Ensure supports.

She has studied hard and gained many qualifications, amongst them: IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Environment for Business, Supervising First Aid for Mental Health, First Aid at Work Requalification, Asbestos Awareness, as well as gaining her CSCS card.

It’s been a busy 12 months, but Sophie has taken it all in her stride!

Her third assignment has now been submitted and she will shortly begin the final phase of her apprenticeship; exciting times ahead, Soph!

It has been a pleasure to watch you develop your skills, knowledge and confidence, Soph. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, it really is truly appreciated.
