Sophie began working for Ensure in 2021, she is our first apprentice, completing a Safety, Health, and Environment course.

She is enjoying shadowing our consultants and meeting our clients, whilst gaining valuable experience across many industries Sophie recently qualified as a trainer, so is now working towards beginning to deliver some of our courses.

In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, going for long walks with her two dogs, and paddle boarding.
