Today we begin to share our values. The first one we want to focus on is…
Teamwork: Built on unity, we know that we are stronger when we work together. Supporting each other to be the best that we can be.
We are proud to have been working alongside AKD for over 10 years, supporting their teams in Scotland and Cheshire to ensure their sites are safe and their staff are properly trained.
We recently had the pleasure of spending some time with the AKD teams in both Edinburgh and Glasgow, training them in potentially life saving first aid.
Safety training is essential for all businesses, especially those that work with hazardous materials and in high risk environments such as construction sites.
Having a competent safety partner ensures AKD’s teams are fully trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of health and safety protocols: manual handling, working at height, asbestos awareness, abrasive wheels. This is not only beneficial for the AKD team but also for their clients who can be assured the work undertaken is carried out safely and responsibly. Having such comprehensive safety training means that both staff members and clients can have peace of mind when it comes to avoiding any accidents or dangerous situations down the line.
We support AKD with a variety of Consultancy services to promote health and safety in the workplace including generating their risk assessments, method statements and completing site audits. All of these services work together to ensure that everyone involved in their projects are aware of any potential dangers and how best to avoid them.
Being part of our clients internal health & safety compliance helps them ensure that all projects are completed safely with minimal risk to everyone involved. Working with our clients, we ensure that all hazards are considered when planning a project.
We were really pleased to receive this recent feedback from AKD, “Adi Dean has provided invaluable advice and guidance over the years which has allowed us to tackle any issues quickly and efficiently without compromising on safety standards”.
