Sophie initially began working a few hours a week for Ensure when she was at school. In 2021, she joined the team on a more permanent basis, as our first apprentice. Over the last few years, she has enjoyed supporting our consultants and meeting our clients, whilst gaining valuable experience across many industries. She is now building her own client base. Sophie also delivers First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid courses. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, going for long walks with her two dogs, and paddleboarding.
