Working with service providers, especially those who carry out emergency repairs and installations, can mean that our client’s needs continually change and evolve.
Companies providing these types of services can often have multiple teams on a number of sites on any given day, with some jobs being arranged with extremely short notice.
Being able to support our clients in adapting to the needs of their fast paced environments is pivotal to how we set them up for success. That said however, doesn’t mean that we don’t face challenges.
Recently, a client of ours with a team of engineers, were required to be on site for a number of days working on a large project. The day before the work was to commence, they called us to explain their requirements, and expressed a need for Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) to be generated promptly.
As result of our swift turn around, there was no delay to the project, no impact on cost, and their client was very grateful that the project could be completed in the short timescale.
While most work can be scheduled, we do understand that there are times when our clients will depend on us to turn things around quickly.
We always strive to set our clients up for success, and ensure that seamless, efficient practices are in place, to ensure the continuity of their business.
