Whilst the subject of the courses we deliver is obviously very important, we always consider the training experience as a whole for our candidates too.

We appreciate that some people may be anxious when attending training sessions so we do our very best to quickly put them at ease, so that they have a positive experience with us. Ultimately, this then has a positive effect on their learning outcomes.

Additionally, we use a variety of teaching methods; all of our training courses are delivered in a dyslexic friendly way, to ensure the inclusion of all learners.
