LEJOG Day 4 will see Adi and his 2 new pals, Graham and Michael, climbing 8700ft over their 172 miles ride which will take them to Kirkhill, near Inverness.

Ade is really grateful for everyone’s support. He’s not had time to respond to everyone’s messages, but has really been spurred on by you all. I’m sure once he’s arrived at John O’Groats and had a looonnnggg soak (big bag of Radox at the ready!!) he’ll be replying to you all.
