Whilst not directly customer facing, Lillie plays a massive part behind the scenes, reviewing office systems and processes to ensure we work as efficiently as possible and have an appropriate disaster recovery plan in place.
Working within the office administration team, Lillie is responsible for the course management within the training side of the business; liaising with our clients and ensuring that all candidates have the information they need ahead of attending training.
Post training, it’s Lillie who swiftly turns around the generation of certificates and send them out to our clients.
In her spare time, Lillie enjoys running, walking the dog and listening to music.
