The Mental Health Foundation started Mental Health Awareness Week 21 years ago and it is now one of the biggest awareness weeks, both within the UK and globally.
This year’s theme is loneliness.
The COVID-19 pandemic has left more people feeling isolated and lonely with one in four adults feeling lonely some or all of the time.
Although the causes of feeling lonely can be different for everyone, there are many things you can do to help.
