Our fourth value, Loyalty: Staying true to our clients and our people. Building relationships for life and inspiring trust.
We aim to be loyal to all of our clients, but how do we ‘actually’ demonstrate that loyalty?
Originally, we were looking at it from how ‘we’ demonstrate loyalty to our clients, but soon realised that loyalty is very much a two way street. We really do appreciated the loyalty shown to us by our clients.
Earning client’s loyalty is a key part of our strategy for growth. We believe it’s crucial to continue nurturing our relationships with existing clients, whilst also attracting new business. We ensure that we hire team members who can join us in maintaining client loyalty and who can continue to provide a quality service and great customer support.
We benefit hugely from loyal clients that spread the word about Ensure. We are very proud that great percentage of our new business comes from word of mouth and personal recommendations. In turn we are huge advocates for all of our clients and share business opportunities with them whenever we can.
A relationship we are particularly proud of is the one we have with Owl Projects & Maintenance. We met Alison Kershaw, back in 2012 through a professional networking group, BNI. BNI’s main ethos is built on building professional relationships through know, like and trust. Our relationship with Alison and the Owl team developed through those early months and has continued to evolve into a great working relationship based on loyalty and trust. They make us feel like an integral part of their team. We provide independent advise and support in relation to their Health and Safety needs. We fit in, yet stand out.
We treat their team like our team, they treat us as an extension of their team; we are their trusted safety partner.
The relationship has been built over the years through mutual commitment, consistency, communication, reliability and respect. Resulting in us having a fantastic working relationship, one which has built many friendships too.
How do you demonstrate loyalty?
