It’s been a busy week at Ensure Safety & Training, we spent Monday interviewing candidates to find our new H&S Consultant.

Thank you so much Meg Fenney of HR Download for guiding us so wonderfully through the run up to interview day, everything ran seamlessly under her guidance. Also, having her with us on the day provided us with the confidence that everything was done correctly and absolutely fairly for all interviewees, allowing us to be constructive with our observations throughout.

Many thanks also to Jacqueline Baxter of JobSpot Recruitment for sourcing some great candidates, for being in contact with them on the run up to their interviews and beyond; I’m sure that she settled some of the nerves beforehand.

We wanted the day to be as stress free and relaxed as possible, allowing for all involved to enjoy the experience as much as they could; for the candidates to feel comfortable, enabling them to all give their very best shot. With the support of Meg and Jacqueline, I think we achieved that. I know for sure that Adi Dean and I enjoyed what could have potentially been quite a stressful day!

We are looking forward now to welcoming a new team member to Ensure very shortly, knowing that Meg and Jacqueline will continue to be there supporting us all throughout the on-boarding process and beyond.
