When we deliver courses we try to ensure that our candidates are as comfortable as possible; we appreciate that when they feel at ease they absorb information more easily.

We aim to instil knowledge and confidence in equal measures, so that should they come across an incident (in whatever the said topic is) they are able to manage it with confidence.
